My first review here at MomReviews is for Nature Valley Crunchy 100% Natural with Granola Bar Pieces Cereal, Oats and Honey flavor. Whew! That’s a long title! The box came in the mail shortly after we had finished lunch, but I opened the box anyway and passed out the granola bar pieces to my husband and the boys. Their reactions?
“Yum”.
“Tastes just like a Nature Valley Granola Bar”.
“This is good!”
“Can I have another one?”
A few hours later, I filled bowls with the cereal and poured on milk for a snack. We tasted each of the flakes separately-the smooth brownish ones must be the wheat and corn, and they were crunchy and had a lightly sweet taste. The lighter, bumpier flakes would then be the rice and oats, and they weren’t as sweet, but were still crispy and good.
Here’s what it looked like in the bowl:
I was happy to discover that the crunchy granola bar pieces did not turn soggy in the milk, but rather kept their texture even though they had soaked up a little milk. Altogether in the bowl, this cereal was DELICIOUS. This cereal’s newest fan is my son Nathan, who is extremely picky when it comes to breakfast cereal, and declares this to be “the best.cereal.EVER.” That’s high praise coming from him, believe me!
Thumbs up for Nature Valley’s new cereal. It’s delicious, and it pleases even the pickiest of eaters. I’ll be buying more when the box runs out.

That is good cereal. My Eeyore likes it too. Tigger can’t have it (allergies) but I will eat enough for both of us.
