With builders desperate to sell, Las Vegas real estate is becoming an attractive option to many home buyers these days. Not only are there houses for sale with zero down, filled with new appliances, on huge lots with multi-car garages, but many builders and sellers are coming up with closing costs and other fees just to get the houses sold. Nevada does have a high mortgage foreclosure rate, however, so buyers are encouraged to work with their lender to determine how much they can really afford to spend on their purchase. Use a website like MillionSaver.com to search for a new or resale house in the Las Vegas area-you can search both by specific city and by community.

    So I’m coming over to say thanks for the heads up on the other Monday clickey thingy that your friend hosts and when your blog pops up on my screen…I stop…and think…what?! I haven’t written anything about Las Vegas! I really need more coffee!! lol!! I do love this template…I have a friend who is teaching herself how to design templates and I told her she could play around with mine…so don’t be surprised if you come to visit and the bird is hanging upside down or something!

    I’ve got a lot of work to do on mine…since moving to my own domain…I really wish I had done that at the beginning…oh well, you live and learn right?
