This past summer, General Mills and Curves partnered to launch a line of cereal and granola bars intended for weight management. I received a box of the Honey Crunch cereal and a box of the Chocolate Peanut granola bars for this review.
The cereal had a good flavor and texture. The flakes have a good honey flavor and stay pretty crispy in the milk. Nutritional Info:

With such a small amount of fat and sugar, and such high fiber and protein, this cereal is a winner for a weight management program. I plan to buy it again, especially since both Ryan and Kaitlyn liked it too.
The granola bars were so good, I could barely get one for myself. Nathan took two of them to school for snack time, Kaitlyn ate two, and I had to hide the last two for myself! They were delicious. The flavor is called Chocolate Peanut, and there were visible mini chocolate chips on top, plus a chocolate drizzle. Nutrition info:

I assume the higher amount of fat is what helps the bars stick together. The higher fat and lower protein make these more of an occasional snack for me. But the fact that both Nathan and Kaitlyn like them means that I will more than likely buy them again.

I received a sample of the curves cereal and to my suprise – I liked it! Next I will try the granola bars.
Sheila-I liked it too! You’ll like the granola bars
Helpful review – have started to always look on the pack for calories and fat content as looks can be deceptive!
A work colleague had dutifully been eating her cardboard-tasting snack bar and discovered that the tasty chocolate chewy bar that she was envying actually had fewer calories. How does that work?
Bought a box of chocolate peanut granola bars. Horrible reaction in the gut. tested them several times and lo an behold , same reaction. This doesn’t happen to me with other high fiber products. They hide the Ingredients under the flap of each individual bar so you really don’t see that its high fructose corm syrup, malt , sugar, sugar, sugar…… also Ethanol and shellac. Doesn’t sound so healthy to me….
