How would you like to be able to eat a delicious chocolate bar or a fruit-and-yogurt granola bar every day and not feel one bit guilty about it? Attune Foods has a line of products that you need to try!

I tried one of each bar, and my favorites were definitely the chocolate! The Chocolate Crisp tastes like a Nestle Crunch bar, the Dark Chocolate is sublimely dark, the Mint Chocolate tastes like an Andes mint, and the Blueberry Vanilla-well, Kaitlyn ate that one, but she liked it! The best part? They are good for you! Each bar has five times the live active cultures of yogurt, which means keeping your digestive system running correctly and helping boost your immune system. And, only 100 CALORIES, and an excellent source of calcium, too.

I also tried one of each of the flavors of granola bars, and those are delicious too. The inside is a mix of whole grains, nuts, and fruit, and then they each have a yogurt coating. These bars also have five times the live active cultures of yogurt, are an excellent source of calcium, plus they have protein and 3 grams of fiber. A great choice for a snack!

You can buy Attune products at Whole Foods, Wegmans, and Safeway, none of which are here in Lansing, but fortunately, I can buy them online from Attune. To find a store near you, use the site’s Store Locator. I’ll be honest, they aren’t cheap. Attune recommends you have one bar a day for wellness, and a 7-bar box of the chocolate bars is $9.99, and a 7-bar box of granola bars is $12.99, or at least that’s the price online. But if you look at it like, would you spend $1.50 a day buying chips in the vending machine at work? Use that money to buy a box of Attune bars and you’ll be improving your health and diet without spending more money! It’s all about choices, and Attune is a good one.
