IT plays for a few days then crashes. WE sent it back to the company and they said it was because we had unauthorized music on it. Great--but we checked and double checked. I even tested it with music from a band I produced. After a few days, it still locked up. When I clicked the support link on the company's Web site, it disconnected. I have been a techie for over 50 years. Next time, I'm buying my grandson a set of blocks. At least then, I'll know what kind of blockheads I'm dealing with. What a piece of junk!
