I've heard that Organic Valley is a true animal friendly, grass fed diary. Also beware of the ultra pasturized milk...it canbe toxic to your body! The heat kills most of the nutrients. Better bet? If you want fresh milk, find a local farm and buy raw, preferably, or local pasturized.
