If you wear eyeglasses, you have probably always bought them either from your Optometrist’s office or from a chain store like Lenscrafters. I know I always have. I never really thought about the extra costs that were being tacked on to the price, to cover the retail overhead of the store, the store’s advertising, and other fees. His show focuses on ways for people to spend less money and avoid getting ripped off, and he calls the products and the customer service “fantastic”.
I had talked to one of the ladies who works at our Optometrist’s office about getting prescription sunglasses this summer. I have Transition lenses but they don’t block out all the sun and I have problems with glare when I drive. They were talking to me about how I’d have to spend $200 for prescription sunglasses! Zenni Optical only sells clip-on sunglasses, you have to buy a specific pair of eyeglasses with a clip-on to fit, but I think it’s worth checking out when I can get prescription sunglasses for $19.00 !!! If you wear glasses, you owe it to yourself to check out Zenni Optical so you aren’t spending more than you need to be on your glasses!

This is a website? Do you have to send them your prescription, or how does it work? I’ll have to tell my husband about it. His eyesight is terrible, but we don’t have vision insurance, so he doesn’t wear glasses.

I prefer contact lens more, I think it does not hinder with you personal appearance, need to check if this website offers it.
