yes, their for kids, they can be bought at Couture Kid. maybe it looks better for little ones, but it’s cool if someone’s experimenting. and i think this ponytail will also suit teens, and those young at heart. the style is a flower, an ornament. so i think there’s no age limit for wearing this. who agrees?
