Ghirardelli, the San Francisco chocolate company, has introduced LUXE MILK chocolates, which deliver the ultimate milk chocolate experience with rich and creamy Ghirardelli milk chocolate using simply delicious, all natural ingredients. I tell you what, MomCentral really had to twist my arm to get me to review one of each of the five new LUXE MILK flavors from Ghirardelli. I mean honestly, do they think I have nothing better to do all day than lounge on my sofa eating chocolate? It was a real hardship, seriously. But I love the MomCentral Ladies, so I decided to take one for the team.
In the above photo, you might notice that the bar on the far left looks a little, um, rumpled. Okay, so when I opened the box, and saw the Hazelnut bar, I found myself powerless to resist it’s chocolatey charms. And then I realized I needed to take a photo so I had to reconstruct the wrapper CSI-style. Of the five LUXE flavors, Hazelnut was definitely my favorite. The flavors are:
LUXE MILK milk chocolate- Pure milk chocolate in it’s most basic form. This rich and creamy milk chocolate is made from the finest cocao beans, all natural ingredients and the highest quality milk.
LUXE MILK Duet- This divine duet of creamy milk chocolate and rich dark chocolate is made from the finest cocoa beans and purest all natural ingredients.
LUXE MILK Crisp- This rich and creamy milk chocolate made from the finest cocoa beans is perfectly completed with all natural lightly toasted crisped rice.
LUXE MILK Almond- This rich and creamy milk chocolate made from the finest cocoa beans is perfectly complemented with all-natural, toasted almonds.
LUXE MILK Hazelnut- This rich and creamy milk chocolate made from the finest cocoa beans is perfectly complemented with all-natural, deep roasted hazelnuts.
And as if that wasn’t decadently delicious enough, Ghirardelli has also come out with Limited Edition Holiday flavors of chocolate- Peppermint Bark (white chocolate and peppermint pieces, yum!), Chocolate Pecan Pie (chocolate and carmelized pecans, oh YEAH baby), and Intense Dark (ooooh). My son has already promised that “Santa” will put some in my stocking for Christmas 
Luckily for those of us who don’t live near one of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop locations, this incredible chocolate can be purchased at a large selection of retailers, including Target, Walgreens, Kroger, Rite-Aid, Meijer, Albertson’s, Shaws, and many more. You deserve good chocolate. You deserve Ghirardelli! Oh, and MomCentral? You know I was kidding before, right? You can count on me to review chocolate ANY TIME.
I cook a lot of homemade brownies, cakes and cookies, but really enjoy a pure chocolate candy bar, too. Thanks for the review… I’ll be sure to give some Ghirardelli a try, or two or three!
