It’s a creamy white liquid that you squirt on to the surface, rub in gently with a lightly damp cloth, then wipe off with a clean damp cloth. The first time I used it, I could not believe how much brown greasey gook came off the top of my stove. I could actually SEE myself in the top of my stove when I was done!
