Qlubb-Online Meeting Place For Groups

qlubblogo-new

For this month’s Team Mom review, we are checking out  Qlubb, the site that gives groups a secure way to organize events, files, photos, and information. It takes less than a minute for the group leader to create the free Qlubb account, and then get all this:

* Secure, Private Site
* Public Webpage
* Group Event Calendar with Reminders
* Shared To-Do Lists with Reminders
* Group Invites/RSVP’s
* File Sharing
* No user registrations required
* And Much more!

Qlubb is the easiest way to get your real-life groups organized and on the same page. Between our children’s classrooms, scout troops, religious groups, social groups, book/wine clubs and families, we are constantly running around trying to plan and coordinate our group activities. Too often, organizing is just simply a source of headaches and undue stress.

With easy user sign-on, group calendaring, shared sign-up sheets, online rsvp, and much more, Qlubb automates many of the tasks and significantly reduces the time it takes to organize group events, activities and members, giving you more time to enjoy your groups, families and friends.

I created an Edwards Family Qlubb so I could see how it works.  I added a few photos and an event so you could see what it looks like.  The 30 day calendar has a very cool feature- you can attach files and photos to individual calendar days.  So, for an upcoming trip, you could attach the itinerary, and then because you can scroll forward and back on the calendar, you could attach photos from the trip to the days they were taken for family members to see.

My one suggestion for the Qlubb people is to make it easier for the group leader/admin to make the group page public. I had to go to the “Learn More” link and click the Public Page link to figure out that there was a box I needed to check .

If you are looking for a secure way for members of any kind of group to organize information in a central location, check out Qlubb. It’s fast, easy and free, and packed with features that are sure to get your group running smoothly!   Thanks Team Mom for this review opportunity!

    We just started a local play group and this site seems like something we could use to stay organized and to let people know what was going on. Thanks!!
