How would you like to have a very special Valentine’s Day dinner BEFORE Valentine’s Day? If you’ve never tried to go out to eat on that day, let me tell you, it’s INSANE. And this year, Valentine’s Day is on a Saturday. It’s hard to enjoy a romantic dinner when you stood in line for 90 minutes to get a table!

Carraba’s has the solution, their Dal Cuore Nights celebration. The Dal Cuore Nights celebration includes a Prix Fixe Menu (Less than $20 per person) and $10 off any bottle of wine, including Ruffino’s Dal Cuore di Carrabba wine, a limited-edition baby Super Tuscan created exclusively for Carrabba’s. The prix fixe menu includes an appetizer, entreé and mini-dessert. Featured entreés include Carrabba’s favorites such as Sirloin Marsala, Chicken Bryan (shown in the image to the left), Chicken Marsala, Polo Rosa Maria and Grilled Salmon with the sauce of the day.
Topping off the evening, guests on February 11 and 12 will receive a special Dal Cuore Valentine’s Day Card featuring a “heartfelt” quote. One lucky quote recipient will win a romantic Italian escape for two including 7 night cruise and airfare. Beginning Sunday, March 1, 2009, the winning quote will be revealed on Carrabba’s website at www.carrabbas.com, where complete details are available.
I love eating at Carraba’s. My absolute favorite dish is the Pasta Weesie, which is Shrimp sautéed in a garlic, lemon butter, and white wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms and scallions, served over fettuccine alfredo. YUM.

The MEZZALUNA sound delicious! I love Carrabas! We have one in our town and it opened up about 15 minutes from where we live. I have been dying to go there and just have not done so yet. I have been to a Carrabas in Florida and was blown away by the food there. Italian Food is always a special treat for me and I would rather splurge on a fine pasta dish than en entire basket of chocolate! Pasta is my chocolate, LOL! Thank you for the opportunity to enter.

We have had a Carrabba in our city for a couple of years now but we have never tried it. I have heard that it is a bit expensive but my husband and I are always willing to pay good $$ for a good meal. It is very hard to find a good restaurant where u aren’t simply paying for the “atmosphere” but actually for a great meal. Currently we frequent Olive Garden but we would love to have another option.

I have never been to Carrabba’s, but am heading to Provo, where they have one, I guess it is time to give them a try.
I love Carraba’s and would love to win. Their fettucini is really good.
Having only dined at Carrabba’s once really doesn’t qualify for a favorite dish; however, they offer so many tempting selections that we would love to “critique” some more.
I love the fettucini alfredo with chicken and their salads are great.

I live in a small town where the largest resturaunt that we have is Burger King. The closest Carraba’s is about 50 miles from my house and I’ve never eaten there. If I had a gift card, though, I would love to try it.
I haven’t been to a Carraba’s in about 5 years…they don’t have them here in Portland,Oregon. But I would love to win this for my oldest son and his wife. They relocated to San Antonio, Texas for a new job and believe it or not…there is only one Carraba’s in San Antonio. But at least they have one.

Oh wow, I could really use this. We are on a very tight budget right now and I would love to splurge on a nice meal! I like the filet marsala (it melts in your mouth), the chicken marsala, chicken picatta, and the steak sandwich. Yummy!
