Fill In The Blankie Personalized Blanket

Fill In The Blankie takes the personalized baby blanket to the next level by combining ultra-soft fabrics with four sides of embroidery. They sent me a blankie at no charge for this review, and I chose their “Sheety” blanket, made with two sides of 400 thread-count cotton fabric edged with satin. Each edge has an embroidered message that you create.

Here’s how it works- you choose the blankie you want, then on the personalization page, you choose the message to be embroidered on the top, bottom, right, and left sides. You choose the embroidery thread color, the font, and for an extra charge, an illustration for the beginning and ending of each line. I chose a pattern called “English Tea Garden”, and my top line says “Kaitlyn Elizabeth Edwards was born November 18, 2005″:

The right side says “Her Mommy is Elizabeth and Daddy is Chris”:

The left side says “Kaitlyn’s brothers are Ryan and Nathan”:

And the bottom edge says “Kaitlyn Elizabeth – may your dreams be sweet.” I didn’t get a photo of that side. The gift package also included a handwritten note, which Kaitlyn had me read to her. She would like to say Thank You to Fill In The Blankie for this special gift!
