		<description>Very interesting article. I also have the same problem but I have never thought of it like some kind of disease. It is really unpleasant but after I keep my hand on the nose for some time it get warmed. But just in case I will read some more about Raynaud’s phenomena.</description>

If your finger &amp; toe tips get like that too, you might talk to your Dr. about getting checked for Raynaud&#039;s phenomena.
It is actually a nerve condition that is affected by cold, which causes the nerves to make the blood vessels constrict to much and therefore without enough blood flow certain areas can get colder than they should.</description>
