If your finger & toe tips get like that too, you might talk to your Dr. about getting checked for Raynaud's phenomena. It is actually a nerve condition that is affected by cold, which causes the nerves to make the blood vessels constrict to much and therefore without enough blood flow certain areas can get colder than they should. Is it just the tip of your nose, or do your finger tips and toe tips get like that too?
