NESCAFE Dolce Gusto – I Want One So Badly!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Nestle Dolce Gusto. All opinions are 100% mine.

I LOVE coffee. I love hot, iced, blended, flavored with creamer, mixed with steamed milk and syrup, you name it. The only way I don’t drink coffee is plain!  I’m so jealous of the 50 readers of divine.ca who got to test the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machine which gives you a customized single-serve coffee drink right from home.

The NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machine brews one of eight coffee varieties – Caffè Lungo (a dark, strong roast that brews with a layer of cream on top), Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Mocha, Caffè Americano, Iced Cappuccino…and even a rich Hot Chocolate (Chococino). Each variety is contained in a special capsule made of 100% Arabica and ground roast coffee, vacuum sealed to stay fresh.

Coffeehouses use high-pressure machines to make espresso and coffee drinks; but many home machines don’t reach high enough pressure to make good espresso. The Dolce Gusto machine hfeatures a lever on the machine that controls the amount of pressure used to heat the water, the more pressure, the stronger the drink will be. Because I like my coffee strong, I like that feature.

The smallest Dolce Gusto machine is a compact size perfect for small spaces and it’s priced competitively at $99.99, the the machines get bigger and more pricier from there. If I could make the same quality drinks I spend $4.50 on at a coffeehouse, but from home? A $99.99 Dolce Gusto machine would pay for itself!

U.K. Site Sells Pretty White Furniture

When I close my eyes and imagine my ideal room, I always see a lot of white furniture. It’s completely unreasonable for my real life, because even the furniture in my bedroom isn’t immune to spilled drinks or stray bits of pet hair. A U.K. site called New England Lifestyle sells really love white furniture, like this white console table from Westport:

Sigh. We don’t have a front hallway at all, our front door opens up directly into our living room/dining room, but if I did have a hallway, that table would be such a lovely place to keep my keys or sort the mail. Like a white oasis before entering the house!

For the bedroom, I like this white wardrobe from Maine. And it’s only five feet tall which means I’d be able to stretch my arm up and dust the top of it! Win! LOL

Do you have white furniture? Is it as peaceful looking as I imagine?
