I too loved this site! However, I placed an order for the Dior lipstick and a sheet set on 11/25/10.
The shipping was a little too long, in my opinion, but it is the holidays…. however, I did not receive the sheet set and can’t get a response from the company. My first call to them – I was told to call USPS my self and find out where my order was… I found the order but the site said it only weighed 0.4. I knew there was no sheet set. I emailed customer service again and was told my order was ankle boots. I did not order ankle boots…. so, this has not been a great experience for me.
I am sure we will track down my sheet set and for only $15 – I want them!

I have to agree with Michelle that it is definitely buyer beware. I once loved this site and have purchased some great items at ridiculously low prices, HOWEVER, two of my recent purchases are yet to be delivered and I ordered them over a month ago. On one purchase, I had a Customer service rep tell me that the item already shipped, once I contacted them to track it and when I called back 2 weeks later, I was told the item would ship in 36 hours. Well, it been another week and still no item.
So much for guaranteed Christmas delivery – I say “Bah Humbug” to No More Rack.
