Okay, it’s not the New Year YET, but I was in the mood to make a fresh start today. This is the “Pixel Happy” child theme for the Genesis Framework by StudioPress. I tried replacing the entire header with a custom-made one, but it didn’t end up in the right place. You’d think after 5 1/2 years of blogging I would have figured out how to replace a header by now, you know?
Anyway, I know the sidebars need work but I’ve been staring at this blog for like 3 hours off and on and I need a break from it, so I’m going to stop tweaking and step away for a little while.
Edited to add: Looky, I made a header.

Genesis is a great theme and trust me, you’re not alone. I’ve been blogging close to 7 years now and am still clueless when it comes to coding something simple for my blog.
