1-800-GOT-JUNK?

If you watch “Hoarders” on A&E, you’ve seen the big blue and green trucks that show up along with a team of people ready to haul junk out of the houses. Those trucks are from 1-800-Got-Junk, the company that sponsored this post. They asked me to take a look at their website and share how they handle Junk Removal with MomReviews readers.

1-800-Got-Junk is a full-service junk removal company, they handle everything from hauling your junk out to their trucks to donating or recycling as much as they can. In fact, since 1989, they’ve saved over 1.5 billion pounds of junk from landfills!  They can come to your home, office, retail location, construction site, or anywhere you have junk you need to get rid of.

Yard waste, old appliances, electronics, tires, construction debris, the junk in your basement or attic – whatever you have, they can haul it away, and they even clean up after themselves. Just call to book a no-obligation appointment and a truck team will come, assess your junk, give you an upfront price for removal, load all the items you need removed from the location, and clean up the area before they leave.

Chris and I have used 1-800-Got-Junk ourselves, when we lived at our old house.  The previous owners had left a broken refrigerator, a couple of dead car batteries, and some old furnace parts behind in the garage.  We called, the truck showed up with two men, we showed them what we needed hauled away, they gave us a firm price that we agreed to, they loaded up the truck, and then helped us sweep up the garage before leaving. We didn’t have to figure out where or how to dispose of an old fridge and dead batteries, the price was reasonable, and we gained a bunch of garage space!

So yeah, 1-800-Got-Junk is a company I’m happy to recommend. And it makes me even happier to know that they recycle as much of what they haul away as they can.  The last thing any of us need to do is fill up landfills more. If you’ve got junk you can’t just throw away in your weekly trash pickup but don’t know what else to do with it, give 1-800-Got-Junk a call!

Where to Stay in Branson, Missouri

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Hiltons of Branson for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve never been to Branson, Missouri, but if I had a chance, I would definitely go, because it sounds like a really fun place to go with a family!  Thanks to SocialSpark, I’m getting this chance to share information with MomReviews readers on where the best places to stay are in Branson. I have a tip about where to eat, too!

The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is located within Branson Landing, a waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment district, and is just minutes from live theaters, golf courses, Silver Dollar City amusement park, outlet malls, the Titanic museum, and more. Hilton Promenade has guest rooms, suites, and condos, an indoor pool, and a business center. Room service is available, the restaurant and cocktail lounge are located across the street at the Convention Center.

Speaking of the Convention Center, the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is located across from the Hilton Promenade. After a day of shopping and entertainment, lounge around the outdoor pool featuring lounge areas with glowing fire pits and private cabanas! Enjoy a cocktail at “Clear”, and dine at the Level 2 Steakhouse, where you’ll feast on fresh seafood flown in from Hawaii, 28 day aged corn-fed Midwest beef, locally grown produce, and house-made desserts. Then, go up to your guest room, suite, or condo, and rest up for another day of fun!

Hill’s Pet Nutrition Coupons and Sweepstakes Info

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Hills Pet Nutrition for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Even though my dog Elvis drives me crazy sometimes ( he barks at EVERYTHING), I love him and I never want him to be in any pain or suffer in any way. One thing I pay attention to is his energy level and how easily he moves around and runs.  He’s around eight years old, but as he gets older, I’ll definitely want to do everything to insure he stays mobile.

All dogs can experience mobility issues, in fact, 1 in 5 dogs has joint health issues or mobility problems. Many pet owners don’t realize that symptoms like taking longer to recover after exercise, taking longer to get up or down, or even being less active in general can be early warning signs of joint or mobility problems.

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, makers of Hill’s Science Diet pet food, also cares about the mobility of pets, and they want dog owners to know that their Healthy Mobility pet food can help enhance mobility and improve joint flexibility in as little as thirty days. It contains antioxidants, high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, and high-quality lean proteins.

Register for the Hill’s Healthy Mobility Challenge on the Hill’s site and get $30.00 in coupons, plus be automatically entered  in the Sweepstakes. Thirty winners will be chosen to win free pet food for a year!  Use the Hill’s Healthy Mobility Coupon to purchase Science Diet Healthy Mobility dog food and feed it to your pet for 30 days. Track your dog’s progress, then share the results with other pet owners. Learn more about Hill’s Science Diet dog food at http://bit.ly/nh5LiQ, and interact with Hill’s and other pet owners by “Liking” Hill’s Pet Nutrition on Facebook
