Besides the Rich Chocolate Royale,  the other flavors are  Creamy Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla,  Cappuccino Delight and Strawberries N’ Cream.  The texture is smooth, like thick chocolate milk or a melted chocolate shake.  Unlike the old aluminum cans, the new Slim-Fast bottle has a cap that can be screwed right back on if you need to finish your shake later.
