If you have children and you’ve never been to a Build A Bear Workshop, it’s a pilgrimage you must make. Because it is an experience like none other. We don’t have BABW here in Lansing, so I was thrilled when I got the email asking if I would do this giveaway, because I also got this for Kaitlyn:
THAT, my friends, is the new Tropical Hello Kitty from Sanrio, exclusively available at Build-A-Bear Workshop! She has a toasty golden glow to her fur from her time spent in the tropics (although it doesn’t send a good message about sunscreen use, but I’m willing to overlook that because she is just so darn cute). She has a pretty silk flower tucked behind her ear, a sleeveless pink and orange souvenir t-shirt from her trip to Hawaii, and a ruffled denim mini. She’s also soft and huggable!
There’s a whole line of different outfits available for Tropical Hello Kitty, which you can see here. Since mine didn’t come with the silver purse and sandals shown there, I assume those are accessories I can purchase separately. But look at all the fun choices! Winners of Jellybean Baby Slings
Written by Elizabeth on July 1, 2008 – 12:09 pm -To choose the four winners of the reversible Jellybean Baby Slings, I went to random.org, chose the list randomizer, and went through each comment one by one. For every commenter who said they had placed one of the giveaway week badges on their blog, I visited the blog and checked that the badge was there. I gave everyone who placed the badge an extra entry. After entering every name, I clicked randomize, and much to my surprise, the first four names on the list were ALL BLOGGERS. I swear it wasn’t on purpose!

WOW!!!!! Is that a contest or WHAT?? I wish they would pick as many winners as they have prize packs though, because that means I’m competing to be the ONLY WINNER! Now, Capessa wants to know what I think of the site, right? So, let’s take a look at it:
My favorite part of Capessa is the blogs. “Confessions of a Middle Aged Beauty Queen” gives excellent tips on what products to use, and why you don’t need to spend a fortune on skin care products. “Travel Diva” has great tips for getting through airport security faster and with less stress. I also enjoy the videos which you find in the right column under “Related Stories”. What I like best about Capessa is that I can pop over there and whatever I’m in the mood for, be it something about beauty or parenting or health, I can read articles about just that topic without having to wade through link after link looking for just what I want. The site is very well organized and easy to search. I really can’t think of any suggestions for improvement!

Win two boxes of EnviroKidz cereals, five winners!

How would you like to try two cereals that are so new, they aren’t even on the company’s website yet? I’ve got ten boxes of brand new cereals from Envirokidz to give away, and I can assure you, they are both delicious!
We tried both of the new cereals by EnviroKidz, a line of organic cereals from Nature’s Path. The Leapin’ Lemurs are peanut butter and chocolate balls, they taste a little like Reese’s Puffs. The Penguin Puffs, which I LOVE, are a crunchy blend of kamut, quinoa and corn, which it first made me think I wouldn’t like it, but then I tasted it-ever had Honey Smacks? Penguin Puffs taste just like that! Both of these organic cereals are gluten free, and 1% of the sales from these cereals is donated to endangered species, habitat conservation, and environmental education for children.
