I get so jealous when I see photos of celebrities out at events 6 weeks after giving birth and their abs are completely flat. I know they have cooks and trainers and probably get lipo too, but it doesn’t make me feel any better! Not only do I have poor abdominal tone in general, I also have a small hernia that makes stomach fat exercises difficult for me. When I lay on my back and do a crunch, my stomach looks like a triangle!

One of the ways doctors help people tone their abdominals is with electro myostimulation (EMS). EMS is used by coaches to help train athletes, and also for rehabilitation. The devices they use are professional quality. For the home market, non-professional EMS devices are put into wearable items that contain EMS circuitry, usually in a toning belt. There is controversy over whether or not toning belts are effective.

Learn which home EMS products work and which don’t at www.flattenstomach.com.

I’m participating in a campaign for Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Clean Mint through Mom Central. I enjoy using mouthwash, but not the kind with alcohol that burns my mouth. The great thing about Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse is that it doesn’t contain alcohol, and it contains fluoride to help prevent cavities and strengthen enamel. It also provides these six benefits in one:

Rebuilds Teeth Enamel

Helps Prevent Cavities

Cleans Teeth & Gums

Kills Bad Breath Germs

Freshens Breath

No Burn of Alcohol

Currently, I am brushing my teeth twice a day (coincidentally, with a Crest Pro-Health toothbrush and Pro-Health toothpaste that my dentist gave me!) and flossing once a day at night. I’m hoping that adding in the Pro-Health Rinse twice a day will help keep tartar from building up around my gumline, because my least favorite part of going to the dentist is when the hygienist scrapes the tartar off

The rinse comes in Fresh Mint and Clean Mint flavors, I received the Clean Mint. I’m not actually sure what the difference is between Fresh mint flavor and Clean mint flavor! I would just describe the Clean Mint flavor as, well, minty. I’ll be using it twice a day for the next few days and then reporting back on whether my teeth, gums, and/or mouth feel or look any different.

Look for Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Clean Mint everywhere oral care products are sold.

disclosure: I received Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Clean Mint from Crest through Mom Central for this review. All opinions are my own.
