Hickory Handyman Tool Bag from Hickory Farms

People, I have just solved one of the biggest holiday shopping dilemmas for you – what to buy your husband/boyfriend/Dad/Grandpa/brother.  Thanks to Hickory Farms and MomCentral, my husband got an early Christmas present this year, the Hickory Handyman Tool Bag!

- 10 oz. Hickory Cheddar Blend
- 10 oz. Jalapeno & Cheddar Blend
- 7 oz. Mission Jack Blend
- 6 oz. Smoked Gouda Blend
- 10 oz. Sweet Hot Mustard
- 5 oz. Golden Toasted Crackers
- 5 oz. Cracked Wheat Crackers

Between my husband and my two boys, I got exactly ONE taste of ONE of the products in the bag, the Mission Jack blend cheese. The three of them fell upon the sausage and the rest of the cheese like a pack of starving wolves. My son Ryan is completely addicted to Gouda cheese, I think he might have eaten all 6 ounces in one bite.

After unpacking all the food, my husband disappeared into the basement for a couple of minutes, then called me into the kitchen. He was putting his gift to good use!

In the game, Frank and Joe Hardy follow the mysterious trail of the Romanov family treasure as they venture across the rich European landscape with stops in Vienna, Paris, Prague and St. Petersburg. While on board the Royal Express, players explore and search train cars for clues, interview passengers and solve interactive puzzles to discover what has happened to the lost treasure and unlock the century old secret that surrounds the Romanov family.

This is a good gift choice for older kids, say 13 and up. The puzzles can get a bit repetitive, but overall it’s an enjoyable game. I recommend looking up a walkthrough if you get stuck, just google “hardy boys treasure on the tracks walkthrough”. With games like this, if you miss even one clue, it can throw off the whole game. Consulting a walkthrough from time to time helps the player make sure they don’t miss something important.  Small enough to tuck into a stocking or give it as a gift along with a Nintendo DS!
