Chop Keeper and Spin ‘n Stor Giveaway

For this giveaway, I’ve got two products that will be a welcome addition to the winner’s kitchen as we move into the warmer months and have more fresh produce available. You can use the Chop Keeper to chop up fresh leafy greens and crunchy veggies and then clean and store them in the Spin ‘n Stor!

argee_shred_lowrezChop Keeper is a flexible tray with raised sides that keeps the veggies you’re slicing contained, the baking ingredients you’re combining from splattering, and the juices from raw meat you’re carrying to the barbecue grill from spilling.  You just pick up the tray and bend it to create a funnel that directs your food right where you want it.  A set of three trays is $12.99 plus shipping from the Chop Keeper site or at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

spin-n-storSpin ‘n Stor is perfect for to take camping, in your RV or boat, or just to save space in your kitchen.  It combines a heavy duty plastic storage bag and a salad spinner in one! You put your freshly washed produce in it, twist it shut, then spin it around. The water from your produce falls into a unique drain reservoir at the bottom of the bag, and then pours right out. Tie the bag shut with the included twist ties and store in the fridge or take with you to eat!

Win two boxes of EnviroKidz cereals, five winners!

GIVEAWAY CLOSED. Congratulations to the five winners!

How would you like to try two cereals that are so new, they aren’t even on the company’s website yet? I’ve got ten boxes of brand new cereals from Envirokidz to give away, and I can assure you, they are both delicious!

We tried both of the new cereals by EnviroKidz, a line of organic cereals from Nature’s Path. The Leapin’ Lemurs are peanut butter and chocolate balls, they taste a little like Reese’s Puffs. The Penguin Puffs, which I LOVE, are a crunchy blend of kamut, quinoa and corn, which it first made me think I wouldn’t like it, but then I tasted it-ever had Honey Smacks? Penguin Puffs taste just like that! Both of these organic cereals are gluten free, and 1% of the sales from these cereals is donated to endangered species, habitat conservation, and environmental education for children.

You know what they say about the Best Laid Plans…

Last week, I excitedly announced a whole week of giveaways, and I seriously planned to post two or even three giveaways until I had posted them all. Only my anniversary was that week and I didn’t do any posting Wednesday evening or all of Thursday, so in order to keep up, I excitedly announced that THIS week would be giveaway week too! And once again I planned to post two or even three giveaways a day until I posted them all.

Well.

My husband left yesterday morning for a business trip, and without his help around the house, I have found that I actually had to, you know, do stuff around here instead of just sitting and blogging. Which means that yep, you guessed it, I am behind AGAIN. So guess what?

You got it.

Next week? Is totally going to be ANOTHER GIVEAWAY WEEK. I’m up to TRIPLE w00t! At this rate, it might just be giveaway week EVERY WEEK!

Lest I forget, I also have PRODUCT REVIEWS to do, wonderful items that generous PR firms have sent me, which I enthusiastically agreed to try and then post my opinion about right here, and the list keeps growing and growing. Which is fantastic because I LOVE REVIEWING STUFF and I love TELLING PEOPLE WHAT I THINK even more, but it’s requiring me to stay organized in a way that requires super-human effort. I could so seriously hire an assistant or a secretary or something, and there would be plenty of work for both of us.

So there you go, dear readers, I’ll just keep posting the giveaways if you keep on entering them!
