Make a Vista Print Calendar for 2009

I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I am a huge fan of VistaPrint.com. I get all my business cards from them, and I also buy small magnets that have the same image as I have in my header, and I pass those out as gifts when I meet up with other bloggers. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the items I’ve ordered, and the one time I received an order of magnets where the color was off, I called Customer Service and was immediately sent another order of magnets for free. The Customer Service person I spoke with was friendly and professional, and apologetic that I hadn’t been happy with my order. He seemed to be most concerned that I get a product I was happy with, and that’s the kind of service you don’t get very often these days.

Which brings me to the point of this post, which is that 2009 is not that far away, and VistaPrint has a great variety of Print Calendar choices. You can make a desk calendar and use either VistaPrint’s themed images or upload a photo. You can also do the same with wall calendars, choose either an image or upload a photo. Dates can also be personalized with text and icons to help remember birthdays and other special occasions. The prices are low, starting at just $3.49 each. I’ve been really happy with everything I’ve ordered from VistaPrint which is why I’m suggesting you use them to make your 2009 Calendars, or for business cards or holiday cards or whatever else you might need!

Cozi makes organizing our life so much easier

I am always looking for any website that can help make my job of keeping this family of five running more smoothly. Between my husband’s work schedule, the boys’ school activities and homework, doctor appointments, and everything else I have to keep track of, I can use all the help I can get. So when Hybrid Mom Bloggers asked for volunteers to review a website that helps busy families organize their lives, I signed up as fast as I could!

At Cozi.com, you download a very easy to use system that gives you access to all kinds of great organizing tools. I can access it here at home and my husband can access it at work, so we can both add things as they come up, without having to try to remember “what was that thing I needed to tell you?”. I assigned a color to each member of our family, so it’s easy to see at a glance who is doing what. This screenshot doesn’t really do justice to just how HUGE the calendar planning section is, but I wanted you to get an idea of what it looks like:

In addition to the great calendar, Cozi.com also offers a shopping list that you can organize and color-code into three categories: Grocery, Wholesale, and Other. So you print one list and you’ll know at a glance which items are for buying at the grocery store, which are for Sam’s Club or Costco, and which are for other stores. Super helpful!

Here’s a GREAT feature for those of you who aren’t bloggers but want a way to remember those little moments that happen-the Cozi.com Family Journal. Take a minute to jot down something that happens, something funny your kids say or do, or upload a photo. At the end of the year, you’ll have a year’s worth of memories perfect for using to write up a Christmas newsletter :) So, did I convince you yet? Then what are you waiting for? Head on over to Cozi and sign up today!
