Thanks to MyBlogSpark, I have a cool giveaway for you. One winner will get this Asian-inspired gift set consisting of two bowls, two mats, and two sets of chopsticks, plus coupons for the new Wanchai Ferry Complete meals.

Wanchai Ferry Complete meals are in the frozen foods section at the grocery store and  contain meat, vegetables, rice or noodles, and sauce that you combine to make a great-tasting Asian-inspired meal for two in about 15 minutes. We received the Orange Chicken to test for this review, the other varieties are Spicy Garlic Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Sweet & Spicy Shrimp. This is what comes in the Orange Chicken meal:

Coincidentally, I had been at the grocery store a few days before the package arrived and had purchased another Orange Chicken Entree as well as a Spicy Garlic Chicken Entree. I was glad I did, because when it says Serves Two, it means you get just enough food for two, no more. And I have to feed five people including an almost-teenage son who eats at least two helpings at dinner!

Each Wanchai Ferry Entree is super-easy to make, too. You warm up a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil in a skillet and sautee the already cooked and battered chicken pieces so they crisp up, then take them out of the skillet and add the veggies, sauce and a little water.  Once the sauce boils for a few minutes, you put the chicken back in and stir fry it for 4-6 minutes. Meanwhile, you steam the rice or noodles right in their microwavable pouch, then put everything together to serve. The Wanchai Ferry Meal Tips page suggests side dishes for each entree and also suggests a wine to serve.

I loved the Orange Chicken and could have eaten both servings! My husband and oldest son shared the Spicy Garlic Chicken and said it definitely had a spicy kick in a good way. We cooked a little extra Minute Rice to soak up all the sauce!  I will absolutely, definitely continue to purchase Wanchai Ferry Complete meals for my family, they are delicious and easy. Wanchai Ferry Complete meals retail for around $7.50 at grocery stores, visit the website to print a coupon good for $1.50 off. OR, enter this giveaway!
