Review of Coupon Codes Mall
Written by Elizabeth on October 24, 2008 – 1:21 pm -Saving money when you shop online by finding coupon codes for the products you want to buy is HOT this year. Don’t usually shop online? Well, to be honest, me neither, but after reading a great blog post with five reasons women shop online, I’m starting to see some of the benefits. I very seldom go shopping with all three of my children, because the stress of keeping the three of them together ruins the fun of shopping! Shopping online means I can browse to my heart’s content without having to stop and argue with my kids over whether or not they can buy a toy or who’s holding Kaitlyn’s hand.
And with coupon codes, shopping online can also save money. Coupon Codes Mall is a blog-like website that lists the coupon codes for over 150 stores, arranged in alphabetical order. You know where I do the most shopping online? Amazon.com. I buy a lot of books and toys from Amazon, but I also know that you can buy almost anything you can think of from the site. Coupon Codes Mall has Amazon coupons, it never even occurred to me to look for discounts first! Just browsing through the list, I found some items with Promo codes that would make great holiday gifts- the Ultreo Ultrasound Toothbrush, WaterPik, and products from Norelco, for example. If you are making your Christmas list, planning to shop online, and want to save money, please stop by Coupon Codes Mall to look for discounts!

Save money when shopping online
Written by Elizabeth on October 18, 2008 – 8:29 am -I was at Home Depot yesterday, and I had to restrain myself from having a wild shopping spree in their holiday department! They had shelves full of adorable plush snowmen, which I collect. We need a new artificial tree this year too. Forget Halloween and Thanksgiving, I’m ready for it to be Christmas NOW! So that brings me to the point of this post, which is to let you know about online shopping with Shop.com. This shopping comparison site has links to great deals on everything you need to make your home look wonderful for the holidays or any other time of the year. You can find deals on items for your kitchen, tabletop, bedroom, bathroom, and so much more.
I’d like to buy Kaitlyn a personalized Christmas stocking this year. From the Christmas Deals page I went to Indoor Decor and right there is a huge image of a Christmas stocking with links. I clicked Personalized Stockings, which brings up 151 matches. I browsed the first few pages and settled on this lovely Applique Velvet Stocking with a snowman on it (of course!).
Many of us shop online and pay full price without realizing that there was a discount or coupon code available. Well, Shop.com has a page for that too! Right now there are 245 offers available on everything from perfume to footwear. If you are going to shop online, check the coupons and rebates page first to see if what you are buying has a discount code. I noticed that many of the listings also showed free shipping available; there’s a page on Shop.com just for free shipping offers too. I noticed both Drugstore.com and Zappos were on the list
You definitely want to check first for coupons or free shipping offers when you are buying something online, so check Shop.com first!

Shop.com saves you time and money
Written by Elizabeth on October 15, 2008 – 2:03 pm -Before you buy anything online, you should really check Shop.com first for deals, discounts, and online coupons. Their Kids and Baby page has links to sale prices on highchairs, clothing, and toys for babies, everything you need to decorate a kids’ room like bedding, bookcases, rugs, and lamps, and the prices are great! I’ve been going through the over 200 pages of Toys getting ideas for my Christmas shopping.
What’s great about Shop.com is it’s one-stop online shopping. You don’t have to go to multiple sites and pay multiple times for everything you need. With the site’s Shopping Cart, you can buy Clothing, beauty products, accessories, and toys, all on one site. There are links to stores that offer Free Shipping, and pages of online coupon codes to save you even more money.
For the month of October, Shop.com also has special links to stores that donate portions of their proceeds to Breast Cancer Charities, as well as items you can purchase to show your support of those fighting the disease. Stop by the Breast Cancer Awareness Shop to get more details.

Save money on scary costumes (and warm memories)!
Written by Elizabeth on October 11, 2008 – 1:40 pm -(TULSA, OK)— Barry Boone, the founder and CEO of www.DealHunting.com and www.CurrentCodes.com, wants the memories of smiling youngsters trick-or-treating this fall to remain fresh long after the last candied apple has been eaten and the last red cape has been folded and tucked away. And so he is reminding parents that they can find unbeatable savings on costumes, candy and digital photo processing online this Halloween.
“We have lots of listings of coupons and sales for retailers that sell costumes, like BuyCostumes.com and Costume SuperCenter,” says Boone, “but we also have really great coupons for stores that do digital photo processing, like Snapfish.com, KodakGallery.com and YorkPhoto.com. So whenever you take pictures of your kids in their Halloween costumes, you can find a coupon to process those digital photos at a great price.”
“DealHunting.com is a daily shopping list,” Boone explains. “You can go there on a daily basis and find a listing of all the different good sales we found on the internet for that day. These are the newest, latest, greatest sales, and if there are some really deeply discounted items for those stores, we’ll have them listed.”
Sister site Currentcodes.com is a database of coupons for more than 1,300 online stores ranging from Amazon.com to Zales and everything in between, including CompUSA, Disney, Esprit, The Gap, JCPenney, L.L. Bean, Old Navy, Orbitz, Overstock.com, Staples and more. Each has a place within its shopping cart for a “coupon code” that gives a percent or dollar amount off of a purchase.
“If you don’t know the code, you can’t take advantage of the discount,” says Boone. “You can find these secret discount codes and coupon codes listed on many sites across the internet, but the problem with these sites is that they’re usually personal homepages, and don’t maintain their lists.”
DealHunting.com and Currentcodes.com have a full-time trained staff whose only job is to find new sales, coupon and discount codes and verify the accuracy of the existing database. “We don’t flood you with ads or popups, and we don’t require any personal information from our visitors.” Boone says.
What sets DealHunting.com and Currentcodes.com apart from their competitors, Boone feels, is that “we are by far two of the most thorough sites as far as the breadth of companies we cover.”
In the months ahead, Boone and his team will launch additional features for searching products more efficiently.
