Munchkin Fresh Totes are little bags filled with Arm & Hammer baking soda and a hint of lavender. Tuck them in your diaper bag, use the fabric loop to hang them on a hook in a closet, anywhere you want natural odor elimination.  Kaitlyn is still (STILL, *sigh*) using Pull-Ups at night, and although I regularly scrub the Diaper Genie with lysol, sometimes it just stinks. I couldn’t think of a way to hang one of the two Fresh Totes that Munchkin sent me (free of charge, no obligation) for review, so I googled “Munchkin Fresh Totes” to see what the site suggested, and found a link to a blog that had posted the greatest idea! She taped a Fresh Tote to the inside lid of her Diaper Genie so that when she lifted the lid, she smelled lavender instead of old diaper. Brilliant!  Thank you, MacDonaldBaby.com for the great idea!

I also hung one in Kaitlyn’s closet just for more freshness. It’s infinitely more safe than burning a candle or plugging in a fragrance fan thing – I don’t want Kaitlyn getting curious and trying to unplug something. And room sprays are okay, but they don’t last.  A bag full of baking soda and fragrance is such a clever idea, like pretty much everything else Munchkin makes, and they didn’t pay me to say that, LOL.  Pick them up at Target, Walmart and Babies “R” Us.  Great for yourself or to tuck into a baby shower gift!
