When I received a copy of Your Spacious Self: Clear Your Clutter and Discover Who You Are by Stephanie Bennett Vogt, it was just the book I needed. I knew I needed to declutter my house, not just to bring order to it, but to bring myself back into balance. If I look around and all I see is clutter, it makes me feel mentally cluttered as well.
The author of the book, Stephanie Bennett Vogt, M.A., is New England’s leading expert in the field of space clearing. Stephanie is the founder of SpaceClear, a private practice dedicated to bringing homes and their occupants back into balance.
Your Spacious Self will help you:
• Identify core beliefs that keep you stuck in old habits.
• Discover the nourishing power of “putting away every day.”
• Learn how clearing a little bit works better than binge-clearing a lot all at once.
• Experience how self care supports release (or real ease).
• Adopt a six-week clearing practice that is easy to modify to fit your needs and busy schedule.
• Start your own clutter clearing support “circle” if you so choose.
• Invite wonder, not worry, into your life.

The adorable ladybug is a removable flashlight that charges on the leaf-shaped base. What I like best about it is that it gives Kaitlyn her own flashlight to play with, meaning our flashlights that we keep for emergencies don’t get left on or end up hidden in a toybox somewhere. Also, in nightlight mode it’s a nice soft ambient light rather than the harsh yellow of typical nightlight bulbs.![Reblog this post [with Zemanta]](http://img.zemanta.com/reblog_e.png?x-id=fb57cb5a-6eb4-4071-96d6-3fe7b5dd272e)
