Look at me, conquering my fears

I have had Photoshop on my laptop since forever, and have always been afraid to use it. This year, I decided enough was enough, and I made a New Year’s Resolution to learn how to use it. Today, I did! Big thanks to my friend Loretta at Just Not Martha for giving me the code to post the code-inside-the-scroll-box, I had no idea how to make that. I’m sweet, and a treat!

Retta from Just Not Martha gave me this “sweet” award! According to the creator of the award, it goes to someone who deserves a special treat this season. Retta chose me because of the whole dish soap debacle, and I appreciate her support very much.

So who do I think deserves a special treat? Hmmm.

Mimi, for having to solo-parent for four days while her husband slaved away at work. After that, I’m sure she could use a sweet treat!

Polli, for inviting me to join the BlogBlast for Peace on November 7th. She’s working really hard to get people involved, and that definitely deserves a treat!

Mimi, for being the Founder of the Peace Globe Project. With so much ugliness in the world, much of which can also be found on the Internet, it’s refreshing to find someone working so hard to make not just the world, but the Internet as well, a more peaceful place to be. Thank you Mimi, you deserve a treat!
