For the four of you who just won a Land’s End diaper bag in my recent giveaway, or for anyone reading this who might be buying something from Land’s End, I want to tell you about their return policy. It’s pretty simple.

The Lands’ End guarantee has always been an unconditional one. It reads: “If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.” We mean every word of it. Whatever. Whenever. Always. But to make sure this is perfectly clear, we’ve decided to simplify it further. Guaranteed. Period.®

And that guarantee applies even if your Land’s End item is a gift. So let’s say your diaper tote bag handle breaks, or your kid scribbles on it with a Sharpie, or your cat pees on it-whatever. Just go to the Land’s End returns page and select U.S. Near the bottom of that page is a link to a downloadable, printable return form. You can indicate that the item was a gift and select either an exchange or a gift card. Easy peasy!

Of course, I certainly hope no one’s bag gets peed or scribbled on, but I know how things happen, so I just wanted to make sure everyone knew the Land’s End policy!

I am just crazy excited about this giveaway! You see, I have a little addiction to tote bags. As in, my husband says I have too many of them, but I don’t think needing a whole shelf in the linen closet just for my tote bags means I have too many, do you? Of course not! Some women buy shoes, I buy tote bags!

So when Land’s End contacted me-Land’s END, people-asking if I would like to give away four diaper tote bags, and of course I could have one for myself, I just about broke a nail typing back my “yes, PLEASE” reply. And then the package came and I saw what was inside and I just about passed out in my kitchen from sheer joy:
