Win a $50 Gift Certificate to Amon Maternity!

This giveaway is closed. Congratulations to the winner, Jessica from Piece of Me!

When I wrote my review of the Amon Maternity Bodyshaper, I forgot that I was also supposed to do a $50 gift certificate giveaway!  Oops!  Amon Maternity carries pregnancy undergarments including belly bands and briefs, and also carries wonderful bodyshapers for post-pregnancy and anytime afterwards.  My daughter is 4, and I love my Amon Bodyshaper for it’s gentle tummy support and breathable microfabric.

There is one catch, though. Amon Maternity is changing ownership this month, so the winner of this giveaway must redeem the gift certificate by February 15, 2010.   By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees that they won’t hold me responsible if they forget to redeem the gift certificate and it becomes invalid.  Okay? Okay!

WIN IT: To enter, visit Amon Maternity, then come back and tell me what you’ll spend the $50 gift certificate on if you win. Open to U.S. addresses only, enter by February 10th at 1:00 PM EST.

BONUS ENTRIES: Earn a bonus entry for each of the following that you do or have done. Leave a separate comment for each-

These pieces of pregnancy jewelry by Tiny Baubles are crafted in the US of high-quality sterling silver and packaged in a gift box, ready for presentation.

For MomReviews readers, I have a special code that will save you 10% off the price of $95.00.  Enter code MOMREVIEW at checkout after completing the purchase on the Maternitique website, through 2/14/09.  You can also have the box gift wrapped for free! Perfect for surprising someone special on Valentine’s Day!

Where were these Maternity fashions when I was pregnant?

Now don’t get alarmed, I’m not pregnant, but I know a lot of future Moms are reading this blog, so I’m passing on some information about a website that sells THE CUTEST Maternity Clothes! Seriously, when I was pregnant with Ryan in 1996, mostly during the summer, do you know what the maternity stores in the mall were selling? ROMPERS. Do you know what a romper is? It’s a ONE PIECE outfit that buttons down the front. Which meant that every time I had to pee, I had to unbutton it and slide the whole thing down around my ankles! It was NOT PRETTY, let me tell you. Oh, I could have also worn tops with giant floppy bows, those were popular then too. You know what they didn’t make in 1996? COUTURE maternity! I mean, honestly, how lucky are women today that when they are pregnant, they can wear Juicy Couture Maternity for heaven’s sakes??

And the dresses, OH the Maternity Dresses that are available now! This beauty is the Olian Crossfront Maternity/Nursing Dress, and it’s gorgeous! Maybe the problem was that in 1996, not enough celebrities were getting pregnant, so there was no reason to make high fashion maternity clothes. Nowadays, it’s like COOL to be pregnant, which is probably why even hot jeans designer Chip and Pepper makes maternity jeans. You lucky pregnant ladies! I mean, I’m not going to get pregnant just to wear cool maternity clothes, that’s for darn sure, but click any of the links in this post if you want to see just what’s available to wear if you are pregnant.
