Inner Beauty – Why Seaside Buildings Are So Hideous

Whichever way through which it’s actually happening, lifting your leg to climb the very first step of the property ladder makes for one of the most exciting times of one’s life and the very act of house-hunting itself isn’t something which just happens in isolation, even if you’re perhaps in a hurry to just get a place of your own near your new workplace or something like that. For quite a bit of time surrounding your house-hunting efforts, you sort of become preoccupied with all things house-hunting, home decorating and well, everything to do with making what will be your new place really feel like home.

The excitement never seems to go away, even if you’re a seasoned ‘house hunter’ who often looks for house and land packages to invest in them.
Perhaps you are moving house for the umpteenth time, or in fact if you work in one or more sections of the property sector – interior designer, property developer, etc…even a real estate agent–there is a possibility that you are always excited about properties that have the potential to be home.

That said, there are some favourite hit TV shows which have essentially struck content-gold as there’ll always be new property hunters to feature. Shows like House Hunters International, which is extremely addictive for past, present and future house hunters who justifiably have some sort of interest in the process of moving house, moving into the new house and making it your own through the decorations and maybe some renovations. They quickly sell the dream of moving to a place by the sea, and you may even be tempted to search “we buy houses FL” straight away to sell your home quickly in order to move to a more desirable location.

There are many other shows which follow a similar format to that of House Hunters International, but with every other episode you watch (some of which you undoubtedly binge-watch or watch over and over again), you can learn something new about the real estate market, particularly if you’re looking at it from the perspective of an international property investor or home buyer. One such lesson learned is that the valuation of property isn’t as universal as it may be made out to be because the set of amenities and features highlighted by real estate agents may not necessarily qualify as having the implied value to you specifically as the prospective property buyer (or renter even).

A sea view for example could be the single factor which drives up the price of a seaside apartment, or a house which is precisely why a lot of seaside buildings are in fact so hideous on the outside. It’s about inner beauty with these buildings. Former homeowners who might have put such houses on the market for sale, would probably take mesausres to ensure that the insides of the house can captivate the minds of potential buyers. It would probably not be surprising if they would seek the help of professional interior designers like Helen Coulston in this regard because it is all about the vibes that the insides of a house can offer. If the rooms of a seaside house look too dull, then the occupants might never be able to feel comfortable and enjoy the sea view outside.

The bottom line: It is indeed all about the interiors and the view from the inside of the building, from the fitted bathroom which perhaps gives you a good view of the ocean while you’re perhaps even sitting on the toilet, to the living area which opens up into the sea breeze and effectively lets the sea right into your living space.

It is this inner beauty which is perhaps also the reason why seaside homes, offices and apartments are so expensive, never mind the way they look on the outside.
